Nothing more, nothing less.Well like I've said money isn't why I'm in this at all, I just want to be able to help someone somewhere if they're going through sort of the same situation. Knowing I've made someone happy, or helped them even in the slightest makes me feel greatso I'm just hoping that's what I can achieve.
But some people aren't in it for the money, but for the like... attention. That's one of the things that bothers me I see alot. It's people who will just do anything to get views. They don't care about money, they care about approval and attention. But they aren't trying to SAY anything or do anything positive. They JUST want to be seen at all costs. To me this is as bad as being in it for the money. I've not looked at your channel btw, none of this is aimed at you in any shape form or fashion, I'm just kinda, saying generally what I feel on the matter LOL.
trust me, it hasn't always been serious (Although I have put a suicide awareness video as private, probably my most serious video) Do you mean all the people who just make an account upload something that is popular at the time (gangnam style, harlem shake, goat remix's) and then get thousands of views then do nothing again until something else popular comes up?
Yes, what it boils down to is honest effort. Are you really trying to do something positive? Or are you after stats or just doing it to do it. You should consider it like... I respect people who do this to express themselves. I don't respect people who do this to get money, OR to kill time. You have an audience on youtube, and people matter, so you need to listen to that audience and be excited about them viewing your work. WOW THEM. That is all
