whens the best time to start making Merchandise?

Can I ask who you make/sell them through?
That one was through Teespring.com. I also have a Spreadshirt account via Fullscreen, but I have not sold anything on there yet (besides making my bowling team's shirts for discount prices) There are a bunch of options out there, I really like Teespring so far. I see a lot of big Youtubers using Spreadshirt, but Teespring is a bit more profitable if you're only doing shirts. Research it, there are a lot of similar companies with their own perks[DOUBLEPOST=1417675762,1417675620][/DOUBLEPOST]

If you join Teespring and sell s**t, you should reference me lol! I think they just started some commission program, here's my reference link. It's a lot easier and at the same time a lot harder to sell shirts than you think...

I will reference you for sure if I take it up :)

To even start thinking about products to sell to your fan base, you need a pretty big fan base to buy them. I would wait until you get a big following when that happens you can start planning out stuff until nope.

Fan base is not necessary but it can help. I have sold a decent amount of merchandise to people who have probably never even seen my videos. It's all in your marketing strategy.

To rephrase it then a fairly big amount of people wanting to buy that product offered and advertised on your channel.

not sure what you mean exactly, but I don't have many fans at all and I still make merchandise that sells. I can't make a living off of it (yet), but it's extra money. For your efforts I will give you this beast
