When will YouTube fix the new comment system?

I believe you meant "FFS" and it's a WIP. At least there are some improvements.

While I do agree there are some problems with the system, in particular allowing links and the poor spam filter (and the top comments system ain't great either), people posting long comments isn't a problem because they get auto-truncated.
 
It hasn't been around for that long. Maybe just try to get used to it. They will likely fix any glitches.
