When will the YouTube Community tab be available for everyone

I didn't even know there are other features except for monetization being withheld from channels being "too small".
I'm at a bit over 200 subs.

Yeah monetization and the community tab are really the only things being withheld from small channels other than that everything that big channels have small channels also have except for these two things I'm a bit over 200 subscribers myself actually I'm almost at 300 now I'm more than halfway there[DOUBLEPOST=1525030814,1525030784][/DOUBLEPOST]

It’s not really a major piece, I think live-streaming is a more important component to channel growth than the community tab. Which, they dropped the req for that so they may on the community tab at some point. Although, I had to contact support to get community tab on my channel, it took them til I hit 11k to finally add it. Seems like they aren’t that interested in it so they may not adjust things...

Interesting I contacted support several times about it and they keep telling me the same thing that it's only available 2 people with over 10k subscribers and more yet I keep seeing people with less subscribers who have it and they said last year that they were releasing a beta for people with that many subscribers and they release it more broadly to everyone regardless of the size at a later date that was last year so when is this later date and why would I not be interested in one of their features the company put all this working into designing it[DOUBLEPOST=1525031543][/DOUBLEPOST]

Honestly I don’t but I heard it was rolled out slowly for those 10k and up. I think it’s a perk listed in the site somewhere about the different levels such as 0-1k 1001-10k 10001-100k

But I can’t imagine it going to everyone. No one will ever help a small channel because they’ll have to put up with a million messages like “17 subs I love you all” and “why aren’t my views increasing right now” haha. Though I can’t wait to earn it myself

Well they did say to me roll it out to everyone eventually I haven't heard anything else about it from YouTube since I just heard yesterday from a tutorial Channel call to Brian G Johnson that he says it'll be rolled out for everyone soon he doesn't think it's going to be much longer

I meant it didn’t seem like the developers were showing much interest in rolling it out. I agree it’s a really valuable and interesting feature for YouTubers

Yeah they have kept quiet about it which really disappoints me because I want this feature so bad it's better than the old discussion tab that tabs was just garbage hopefully they roll it out sometime next month or in the next few months to everyone

Yeah, It still hasn't changed. I think it is still for those with 10k subscribers or higher. That being said, I'm not sure if I would use the community tab as most people. Regardless, cool feature to stay active and talk to your community!

They probably won’t release it to everyone, it’s kinda of like a reward when you hit the amount needed just like YouTube play buttons!
