When will the money roll in?

And as for the Adsense I agree with the other comments you should link your Adsense and YouTube accounts, but keep in mind you don't actualy start making money until you make your first $100.

I think you might be right on that. My earnings have seen a progressive increase since my first shout-out. It still isn't a lot, and that $100 minimum payout is eons away, but I can still see the increase. Now, with that being said, doing it for the money makes no sense when you are just starting out. Growth is either instant (0.01%) or slow / not at all. (99.9%).

And partnering up for money? You're just shooting yourself in the foot. No matter how little, a network will skim off the top. Even at just 10% you're getting lifted for a 1 dollar every 10. Just imaging making 100000 on youtube, and a network lifts 10000 from your pocket... But, when you are at that level you might actually get promoted by that network. Something that does not happen for small fries for the same reason YouTube doesn't promote many smaller channels. The ROI just isn't there. But they are more than happy taking their cut every month. Which is forgivable in the case of YouTube, they provide the platform. But networks? They are nothing but a leech for smaller channels.

Not necessarily true. If you have enough leverage you can make deals.
I think I am safe to say none of those deals will make you end up with 100% of the earnings when networked. And leverage is one thing you can not bring to the table when you are a small channel.

Total sidenote, but:

A lot of the views comes from videos that I don't monetize just because I am afraid of third party/copyright. It is a format I don't use anymore, but I used to like to insert pop culture 3-5second clips from movies or shows into my review videos.

Heads up, if you're using those clips in the context of actually reviewing what they're from, or you're adding significant commentary to them (ie. nobody is going to watch your 3-5 second clip instead of watching the actual movie) then you're sitting pretty squarely in Fair Use and you can monetize if you want. I've just realised you might mean gaming review videos though... But even so, you might still be able to argue it, if they clips are short enough and not completely randomly inserted - I think that's how WatchMojo gets away with using all copyrighted clips - because they're recontextualising them in lists.

Im pretty sure you can use movie clips if you have commentary over them

I have adsense for three days now, and I am having a minimum of 5,500 views a day with 80 clicks a day.

I just saw this and I'm about to have 1,100 subscribers and I haven't enabled monetization yet because that's stupid at this point lol. I'd rather give people no ads on my videos right now then make like $1 per video lol.

Not sure if this is the right place for this question but my friend has 1100 subscribers and he says that he makes like 10$ a month and I was wondering how to get money. I signed up for AdSense but it won't let me access my account... I just don't know how to manage everything

in video manager click on edit (right of your videos) and click on monetise then you have a couple of boxes to tick and click save.

this will enable you to monetise
