When to Upload Your Thumbnail

I would suggest having your thumbnail ready to go before uploading, and uploading the thumbnail while your video is uploading. You may end up having a default thumbnail when the video is live, which may impact your video as far as people wanting to click.

I've seen cases where it takes DAYS for it to change, or update.

Good to know, thank you! I've always done it while the video was uploading and haven't seen that problem occur yet
