When should I upload my videos?

Most of my audience is from North America and the UK by the way.

I noticed that a video I uploaded at 11:30 AM (central time) got more views right away than my usual videos which I upload around 5-6 pm. But this was on Dec 22nd, which was a day that a lot of people were on holiday from work and school. I uploaded today at the same time, but it didn't get as many views right away as that first video. A likely reason is that people are at work and school.

So should I keep uploading my videos around the same time, earlier (before school/work hours) or later (after school/work hours)?

I think it's hard to strategize when the "right time" to post is. You may have more success in posting on a schedule, any schedule, so people can count on seeing your video on a certain day.

I tend to post whenever I feel like it, but generally during the week and in the morning/late morning.

Check your real time stats and that will tell you when you get the most amount of views.

I say upload them to a scheduled time, probably upload before school so there is a longer time period for people to watch your video. The sooner you upload them, the better.
