Here something you need to think about:
1. Every subscribers counts at the begging
2. You will earn 0 and I repeat 0 for a very long time.
3. Why annoy your subs without adblock ? Why not be original and different from your competition and provide ad-free content ?
4. Best time to enable monetization is when it will actually be of real financial use to you.
It will depend from person to person but I would recommend for you to wait until you will be able to earn 20$+ in one month and then enable it. How many views and subs you need for that it will differ from channel to channel.
