As for me I would stick to Adsense.

You can monetize from day one, but I don't see the point of alienating viewers to make a few cents (that you'll likely never see anyway).

I would recommend joining Adsense and going through the linking process so that you're ready and have the option to monetize whenever you want though. That way, if a video every takes off and goes viral, you can monetize it.

As I remember in the case of monetization, you can select the desired type of advertising or disable them all. So it won't bother your audience.

That's true, I use every type of ad, with the exception of unskippable pre-roll ads, they usually cause people to click off before the video even starts.
