When joining a YouTube Network...

What time would it be best in the YouTube Sub count should I consider joining a network? I have a friend that is with the rpm network and he only has 575 subs so I don't really have a good view on when I should. I don't expect to soon because I only have 19 subs but I was just wondering and I was thinking of joining the rpm but I don't know if there requirements are still 84 views or is just anything?

Wait until you are getting at least 100 view daily. Anything less and a network is pretty useless to you. The higher daily views you have, the better off you are joining a network. (Since you get paid per views, the more you have the better you'll be.)

I waited till I had 1000 views per day, but back then those were the requirements.
