YouTube talked about at tip jar being tested. Did they ever say when it was going to come out? Or any more information on how it works?

Thanks for the screenshots. I must be blind or stupid(probably both), but I couldn't see where that was on his channel? (I looked on the channel home page, video page, about page and watched his latest video )
