When did you start to feel comfortable in front of the camera?

I've Got It
Title really says it all!

I'll start:
The past few videos I made for some reason I have really liked being in front of the camera and just talking. And I found that if I'm talking and being myself, being comfortable on camera came really easy!

It took a good couple of months for me to stop being self-conscious. But now that I've been doing it for a few years, it feels like second nature. I find that this also helps with things like giving presentations at work...the pressure of having an audience and having to talk from an outline is much easier now.

Comfortable, About a year into making videos, I'd say. But totally comfortable? I'd say a few months after moving into my new flat when I got my new camera! and even more so when I got my new mic and lighting setup
I think knowing that the video I'm making at the time of filming will at least have decent quality (in my eyes) makes me feel way more confident!

Took me a year just to show my face on camera and i never got 'comfortable' with it.
I dont film anything with myself on camera at the moment. But I do have plans to be back on it in future.

Right away for me, luckily my wife is there to joke around with also. The thing that was a little awkward at first was vlogging in public...now it's no big deal.

I think I've always been a bit of a ham, but It's easier because while I know eventually everyone is going to see my video, it's not the same as it being live and having all these people staring at me.

I show my face on camera, but recording audio was not easy either...but when people started responding positively to my videos in terms of views comments and sub I started feeling comfortable.
