What's your method of generating video ideas?

Usually I only think of my ideas when I see or hear something that makes me think it would be an interesting video or song to "ruin". Most of my video ideas come from my viewers requesting things. Evidence.
 
By grabbing things out of life that happen, like many here say, randomly seems to show the most success.
So just pay attention to your everyday environment and if some things stands out then try to see how to make a video out of it.
