What's your least favorite thing about uploading videos on Youtube?

I try to go with short videos ( 15 minutes and under(most are 10minutes), so that I can upload more ) so yeah that might be it too, each only takes 10 minutes to upload into youtube and then the rendering starts a few seconds after and finishes super fast.
 
Sanuku, i don't care much about the third video I made, it was like that for every video i made, but your views DO influence the visibility of your video in the search.
besides the content, tags, and title.
my first one for stuck for more than a week. and I am talking about another channel i had.

It finishes fast because you are rendering wmv. I think :) It does for me too.

I see. I thought you where talking about only your third Trailer on your Main Channel. There isn`t really much you can do about it.

I have it every Week and can only tell you about it that the more Views your Trailer do generate the bigger the Gap gets and the longer you have to wait till YouTube is finished with the cross checking of those Views and approving those.

While it might take at the first only just a few Days I sadly can also provide you an example where at one Point (March 2012) I had around two Million Views in the Backlog and it took YouTube more then two Weeks to add them to the View Counter so i guess all you can do is keep providing new Content and in the meantime don't look to much at your View Counter or you might get Nuts at some Point.
 
I guess I will follow your ad vice then, pedal to the metal and never look back :)

I hate the time restraint. I've had videos just over the designated limit and had to cut them into 2 parts! Ugh. At least they extended it from 10 to 15 minutes.
 
descriptions im very lazy when it comes to typing them and adding links etc. And I think annotations are a great youtube feature.
 
For me the discriptions are easy because I am just copying them from the other video but I upload a video everyday and I have to add annotations for parts and then for the outro. It's so annoying :D
