What's your least favorite thing about uploading videos on Youtube?

The annotations, OH MY GOD I hate annotations. Putting them everytime on your videos is boring as hell and it feels like work. It would be good if you can put default annotations that apply on all your videos but NOPE.
 
I hate it when the video uploads really fast but then it doesn't process and you have to wait until it is done. Annotations don't really bother me. I only put a few of them on my videos anyway...
 
Fighting to monetize a video is the worst.
The first few hours are usually the time when the majority of views happen for me, so I hate having videos get stuck under review during that time.
That being said, it's been much better for the past few weeks. *knock on wood*

Well you only upload 1 or 2 videos every week. I upload every day and it's annoying as you know what.
 
that I know for shure that the video will be stuck at 301 or more for entire days, and this is bad because I cannot track the views, plus seems your video is watched by few persons., and this damages the subscription rate.
why my video get sruck for a out 3 days on 301? can't it be quicker?
 
It's stuck for so long because you watched it 50 times and it will stay with 301 views until other people watch it 50 times. The same thing happens with one of my videos.

I would have to agree with this and another thing would be waiting for videos to render in sony vegas (not really related to youtube uploading but still pretty annoying). I don't actually have a problem uploading the videos unto youtube, because it goes pretty fast for me.

One video for me is rendered for an hour, cuz my videos are big so yea,that too :D

The View counter is currently stucked since a few Days. That`s absolutely normal, nothing to worry about. You get used to as soon as you will be hitting a few 100.000 Views each Week and realize that the Counter is like 1.000.000 behind the Stats it should have.

Besides that:

Your View Counter isn`t attracting more Subscriber, it`s the Content itself so I wouldn`t really call out YouTube after your third Trailer since that kinda looks overdone.
