ASMR Minecraft: A New Adventure Ep 1

ASMR videos are basically relaxing and soft spoken videos. There is a huge untapped market of viewers for these videos so when a new creator starts making them, they jump on those videos and are very supportive. I mixed ASMR with gaming by doing ASMR commentary and playing Minecraft. Since this is a new concept, I am taking over the ASMR Minecraft tag on YouTube. I shared my first video on reddit and BAM 20,000 views. For me, this is a lot. I'm now adding these videos regularly to mix with my normal gameplay, as a source of constant traffic. Also they're hella' relaxing to make and the ASMR subscribers are super sweet people.[DOUBLEPOST=1450823342,1450823246][/DOUBLEPOST]
Plus people like me and my friends shared that video! I remember it from back in the day. It was funny and relate-able for pokemon fans. I'd recommend you try an Undertale one if you want another viral hit... <3
I would LOVE to do an undertale video, as I absolitely love that game to bits :) maybe after my next video ^v^ thanks again!!

Mines some old Minecraft Tutorial that not only amateur quality compared to current stuff, but doesn't even work anymore cause its outdated xD

Trust me, if I knew why it was the most popular, I would apply the same concept to all my new videos

Currently my ghost in mirror effect videos because it appears on the first page of search results and related videos and my video where I morph from baby to teenager.

It's my unoriginal videos that got the most views ;_;

Currently my most viewed video is my Accent Challenge. I have no clever thumbnail or no special heading or anything its literally called Accent Challenge and the reason I feel like its the most popular is because it is the video I promoted most across my social media sites because well I personally thought it was funny and decided to promote more than usual and what do you know almost 2K views :)

Not sure how I got tagged in this thread, but here's my most viewed video. It's because it's in stunning 240P with black bars on both sides. It's also because not many people get to stand next to a 20mm gatling gun shooting down a drone missile... I'm not sure sure which was more important, the quality or the content...

55K views with a piano version of Amnesia by 5SOS. Not sure why, I didn't play it that good, there are some videos in which I play much better. But well, people probably really like that song.

My Unboxing Wii U video is at 5600 views and counting, I assume because I bought it at Black Friday and unboxed it and used the keywords (Black Friday) on it.

My most viewed video is a gameplay video of Rinse & Repeat. The basic concept of the game is to basically wash a guy in the shower while you're at the gym and you're given a grade after washing each part. It is one of the weirdest games I've ever played and while the thumbnail is eye-catching (it's a pair of butt cheeks), the video blew up after Pewdiepie played the game. The video really helped bring in tons of new viewers and subs.

4.6 million so far, on my first play-doh video and I have no idea why it's done so well.

I have other very similar videos in terms of thumbnail/tag/content but they really struggle. I guess I just got lucky with watch time and now the video is highly suggested by YT.

I'm still trying to replicate that success. Other toy channels seem to be able to do this quite often. Maybe I'll see some more success in 2016.
