whats the best way to record commentary over xbox live??

nah its hard to explain haha i record him threw the game like it records the normal game audio i set it threw the tv and its okay but we tried over skype cause we thought it would be better quality but turns out it wasnt my audio is perfect look on my channel at my lets plays if you want to see what i mean :) thanks for all the responses guys! :)
