What's the best way to find other small Youtubers?

I was going to say, "Swing a dead cat around and you'll hit 10 small YouTubers," but I don't know if that expression is something anyone else says, LOL.

There are about a million gazillion Small YouTuber groups out there. Go to Facebook and search for it, and you'll get tons of hits. Reddit has them, there are a lot of small YouTubers here on YTTalk, and a lot of independent forums that have small YouTubers. We're everywhere, really.

Honestly, broaden your search. Go past the first page or so.

For example, if you want someone's review on Injustice 2, do a search and scroll past all the Pewdiepies, Markipliers and Angry Joes and see what smaller channels are reviewing that game on page 3 or 4 of the search, You might discover a new channel you never heard of and enjoy the rest of their content.

Hey guys!

I feel like it's impossible to find smaller Youtubers on the actual site. Usually I come across them in comments on much bigger videos, or in places like this. Is there a way to search for small Channels?

The best thing I've found is networking via forums and looking around. So for example, checking out people's channels here and then becoming part of their community and connecting with other regulars. Also, clicking on other users in videos you enjoy and watching their stuff/supporting them/messaging them is a great way to do so as well. I haven't found anything worth while beyond that.

At least you guys can easily find small youtubers who interact with others daily. For me its like talking to robots on the current games am playing. The other small youtubers who do the same types of games as me seem completely unsocial,so sad sigh gamers......

Trying to find cool small channels is a tedious undertaking. Looking up videos with the topic "Sub for Sub" can work because the comments section will be loaded with thousands of small youtubers. The downside is sifting through all them to find actual creators can take a lot of time. But I've found a few cool channels that way, plus one that's become a favorite channel of mine to watch. After you find a few look at the suggestions while watching one of their videos, most of the time, because you're watching a small channel, the suggestions will have a higher number of smaller channels.

That's what's worked for me so far. But it's a slow process because of how YouTube prioritizes videos.
