What's the best way to find other small Youtubers?

In terms of making tons of videos, I do about 3-4 a week now (at least, and that's my quota) but it's disheartening and very discouraging because I see some get permanently stuck at 3 views or so. I feel like I'm spamming the interwebs a bit. But I still like doing it and still want to stick to my quota.

yep...i know the feeling :(
but i keep dreaming one day I will make a video that will explode and bring me into the light...
i have to find the sweet spot and hit it...
 
Yes, I think that is the only option, search for newly uploaded videos. Actually yesterday I was thinking about how cool idea would be if youtube adds section "random" like they have "trending". That one should be pure random no matter what topic it is, BUT that views are less than 1000 or something like that. It would be a cool idea to promote small YouTubers in that way, and I bet it should be more visited than trending or recommended stuff because people are bored with looking at same things over and over again, they want some CHANGE! :)

I feel like the best way to find smaller channel with similar niche with you is to find the suggested video of your own video [emoji108][emoji16]

VidCon is a great place to meet smaller YouTubers that you may have never heard of. Go to creator panels and discussions and start talking to people!
 
the best way for me to find other small channels is on socialblade, i just look on the similar channels tab :D or i go on youtube, search something and i change the filters and you can find lots of other cool youtubers that are small like us :D
