whats the best TIME to post videos?

I have found that when I post my video on Monday around 11 AM CST that I get quite a few views. Now granted you still need to promote your content at least once or twice that day after you post it. I release my videos Monday/Wednesday/Friday and spend Sunday/Tuesday/Thursday promoting the videos that I have uploaded that week. It seems to be working (a little slower that I would like but what you gonna do?)
 
@Jeremy S. May I ask how you promote your video's one or two days after you uploaded?

As for the topic: I upload them in the morning Figuring that people could have time to check them before they start working or going to school. But I'll change it to the afternoon and aim at 2/3 pm :)

Well basically after I have published them I set them so they post on Facebook and Twitter. Then I search for the best time for the applicable subreddit to post (you can just search on Google best time to post on Reddit). From that point I will retweet once or twice a day the video again. But as for Reddit only post there once otherwise people get their pitchforks.
 
My realtime views are usually the highest around 12-6pm =) That's when I suggest doing it.. well just before it anyway.
