I do the same but sometimes this is bad because: if your commenting in real time, you will eventually get tired or not sound quite as expressive. It happens to me after about 30 minutes. If i record for an hour or 2 and split it up it makes the episodes after the first 2 or 3 sound a bit flat. I get around this by doing custom voice overs in the first minute of those episodes, removing the real time commentary and replacing it - which helps a bit.
Basically i dont do it this way anymore, because for me its too much work.
Suggestion: chug a bunch of red bull, then you won't run out of things to say.
