That's your issue. You're supposed to use the pen tool with a tablet.

I've been trying to draw on my computer with my drawing tablet using Photoshop but it doesn't work well, I need a program that makes the lines smooth and not all shaky. Anyone got suggestions? I'd really appreciate it.

You must be using Photoshop incorrectly if you are getting "shaky lines." Check the options for the brush profile. Additionally, if you are looking for a professional drawing check out Corel Painter. The things you can do on that program are astonishing.

I would recommend Adobe Illustrator for what you are looking for you can get a 30 day free trail to check out if it is what you need.
