No, not at all. If your content isn't relevant to mine, it's unlikely that any subscribers will go there for an extended stay, on top of that, even if I made all 200,000 people subscribe to another persons channel, if they didn't find that persons content interesting they wouldn't keep watching.
I can however push the people that I feel truly deserve/need it, for example "ThePeacePigeon" (Youtube.com/thepeacepigeon), I found him when he had under 1000 subs, and I've been working with and promoting him ever since. He's now at 44k subs, which is pretty cool.
I've promoted almost every single of his videos, yet he still wouldn't have made it to this point if he didn't have exceptional content, that he actively posted.

I think it's cool, I'm gonna be staying in a s****y motel with another Youtuber since every hotel under 500 dollars a night was booked, I even have to loan a friends ID who looks like me since you have to be 21 to drink in the US ^^
