What was your most successful video?

I haven't had a big hit yet. Made an unboxing video once on my teams YouTube Channel (ExertusEsports) that got almost 200 views, but even thats not huge.

I always get so happy when people view my videos. Mine normally gets about 30, have have had some that have done better. Ask your viewers questions, so they respond in the comments. I find that helps me a lot

Damn I love making videos

Our videos average at about 100 views. One video has over 3 500 views, but it also got some hate; 9 dislikes and a few rude comments. So getting a lot of views isn't always a good thing ;)

It depends on what you call successful. My DIY wind turbine videos have a pretty high view count but they are on the platform since years. The wooden plane restoration video gets a decent amount of views from promotional posts I created. My tutorial about creating end cards with free tools gets many views but the audience retention is terrible. The video about a chisel restoration gets many views from a collaboration but not so much from other sources.

Im going to have to go check this out hehe. I only dream of that many views lol[DOUBLEPOST=1449145108,1449144491][/DOUBLEPOST]
My most viewed video is my Minecraft song parody which got about 670 views but it doesn't have many comments - my other song covers usually seem to do better on the comment section

Yup, that was a very fun video to watch.

Trailers for Alien Dawn and Camel Spiders (both 400K+), but they're third party and can't be monetized. :(

Self created stuff, the best I've got is an interview with filmmaker/musician Rob Zombie (2.5K) and a mashup I made between The Walking Dead and The A-Team (1.8k)

The channel I use now is averaging 90-100 views. Im not very active on it - although I will trying to be from now on.

My previous channel was sort of a mish mash of random family videos and animations I had done. A few of videos there are 600+ views but over a LONG period of time.

Then one day during the 'Acl ice bucket challenge' craze I done a really quick animation of Australia's prime-minister doing one and melting like the wizard of OZ.
It literally was the quickest animation I had ever done and it shot to 1000 views really quickly. Then over the course of the next few months slowly creeped to 2000.

It was so random and was especially pleasant since it was just such a silly throw away idea

I made an unboxing of the Wii U Smash Splat Deluxe Set. Got lucky on the search engines as it is 2nd on the search engines when you look up "unboxing wii u". It's currently at 2,200 views and climbing.

My most successful video is currently "Life With BPD!" - a video blog I put together between projects in which I talked about living with Borderline Personality Disorder. It's currently at 501 views, I think!

However, my "British Phrases & Slang!" video has 487 views and 48 likes, as well as more comments than my BPD video. I don't mind so much as I'm proud of both and I've currently got a pretty decent ratio of comments to views, so I'm grateful for that.
