What video format do you use?

What is your preferred video format and which do you use the most?

For me and uploading videos to YouTube it has to be WMV, my favourite raw video format is .m2ts.

Well when I use the 1280x720 for YouTube it either has to be WMV 11 or Sony AVC codec. Both brilliant quality and file size. and for playback I prefer MKV because the file size is tiny and you get the most amazing quality. However hardly any people upload movies online in MKV so MP4 or AVI will have to do .

WMV or MPEG-2. WMV , pc clip. MPEG xbox clip, they render in MPEG-2.

I use WMV and Sony now and then for all of mine. I like the file size and the quality of WMV and it doesnt take so long to upload.

my program always forces me to do mp4's...i think. I thought that's all youtube took...I'll have to look in wmv's. I'll be able to shoot in 1080p instead of 720.

believe it or not, i actually upload from a giant .mov takes FOREVER to upload
