I went from Final Cut Pro to Sony Vegas Pro and I must say that SVP is way better. They are both easy to use, but I feel that SVP is smoother.

I find best to use Adobe Premiere Pro CC. This does cost a lot of money however, so I would say go with a program called Camtasia. It offers a free trial, which you can refresh, but can pay for it and It is cheap if you chose to do so. It is great for YouTubers that don't have money to spare on Adobe or higher end editing software. Adobe also requires a good graphics card and a well powered PC/Media PC like a Mac etc.
