What video editing software do you use for making and editing your videos?

I vote AfterEffects, you can do ANYTHING with AE once you've figured it out (which can take a bit, I might add)

I use Final Cut Pro. I'm pretty new to it so I don't really understand all of the features and such yet lol but it gets the job done.

I use the capture software from Roxio to record and then edit it in Sony Vegas, only problem is the render time.

Used to use imovie but was unhappy with the output quality and banding issues with darker areas.
Moved to Final Cut Pro X and love it. Can't see me needing to use anything else.

If I need to screen capture I use ScreenFlow, then import the footage to FCPX.
