What Types of Channels Do You Like?

What types of channels are you most likely to sub to? I myself really enjoy family related channels, or vlogs. :)
 
For me, it's a variety. I think I just like channels where the people in them are being genuine and really passionate about what they're talking about/doing. Of course, good production value also makes a difference, as well as seeing that they've put effort into their channels - nice graphics, at least one video a week, etc.

But at the end of the day, we're not subscribing to just a "channel" - we're subscribing to the people behind it. They're what make or break the deal.

This honestly has to be the best answer I could've asked for. :)
 
The way I see it is... as long as I can see and CLEARLY hear the content I'm pretty happy. I dont expect everyone to be professional videographers.
 
The biggest turn-off for me is when someone clearly tries just to copy a known Youtuber, not adding anything new.

Totally agree; and that's essentially all that I see on most forums and social networks.

Hence why I rarely watch videos anymore; because I can't find anything that's not predictable or try-hard-ish.

I like comedy videos, especially weird ones and I also can fall into the hole of watching those high quality super girly videos (e.g. my night time routine) for many hours

Certain types of channels will be similar. Such as family vloggers or gamers because they are doing a similar type of thing. I would agree though that if you are a vlogger, adding more to your channel to set yourself and your family apart is important.
