What the heck is with this comment?

I actually think it's a good point.. As far as YouTube comments go, that one is very calm and tame. You could have just answered that yes, it was tongue in cheek..
 
I think sometimes people can take things too literally or way out of context. Many years ago, I once said to my friend "there's no 'tired' like 'pregnancy tired' (because when you're pregnant you become exhausted as the baby is trying to grow) My friend shot back, "well I wouldn't say that......you know...Concentration Camps......"
 
Yes, definitely a person with a lot of pent up rage. I wouldn't think anything of it. Some girls, on one of my previous videos, tried calling me out on being "homophobic" because I said something was gay... when the funniest part is that I'm a lesbian, lmao.
 
I guess its pretty normal, considering there's alot of people in the world, there's bound to be some people who has a different perspective on things. Its up to you on how you will handle it. :)

The worst thing in life is if the remote is just out of reach, and you have to get up to get it.
That is literally the worst feeling ever. When that happens, I get in a corner in fetus position and cry and scream out. "WHYYY!!! WHYYY!!!!"

I think this person was just doing this to see what kind of reaction they could get from you. I would've messaged them like you did but then just leave them alone, if they make anymore comments like that I would probably consider blocking them.
 
it is an interesting comment with valid points if it was for an actual debate/conversation but it wasn't. They may have wanted to start one or they may have wanted to belittle your video by saying those problems are nothing compared to the world. Who knows lol

Hopefully it won't escalate and that will be the only comment you get from them :)
 
I would have went ahead and deleted the comment and blocked the guy from commenting again. I dislike when people go off the deep end like that. Any time someone puts the word "privileged" in a comment it's a automatic ban. Nothing good comes from that word. (Especially when someone has to live in said "privileged" area to make that comment in the first place).
 
If I were you I would have reported this comment or remove and ignore it, I mean don't let one silly guy change what you do on YouTube! :)
