I agree wait till you get about 300-500 daily views. Being someone that has recieved an offer from them. I would say no, not yet. But if you continue to grow your channel then for sure!

i suggest applying to fullscreen as they will tell you if your eligible and you can reapply again anytime its not like you can only apply once. As for what they are.. you should search on the forum "what is a youtube network ?" can also youtube it lots of great info but i don't have time to write it up rate now.

If you don't know what Fullscreen is, you should probably do some research on them and other networks before applying.
