What are some things in analytics I should check every week or so (so not things that take months/years to give you useful data) that I can use to improve my videos?

View comparison to subscribers & non-subscribers, estimated minutes watched and audience retention for each video. It's to show how long have people been watching your video and what parts were the skipping/repeating.

I always check Traffic Sources so I know where my viewers are coming from.

I like to check my demographics, sources of the playability of my videos and audience retention.

audience retention and traffic sources are the main two I immediately check. Just for fun I look at demographics and see if there are any random/interesting countries

Retention after the first 10 seconds of your videos to see if people are staying or just clicking and leaving! This information is very valuable!
