What should I do about hate?

Hi my name is James and I make speed arts and minecraft video but for some reason I have the same person every time disliking my video and commenting saying, "Honestly these videos are s**t please stop making them and give up".
I know that I should just ignore it but what should I do?
O and also if i block the person does this mean that he can't view, comment or dislike my videos?
 
That guy is probably someone you know if he's that persistent. Anyway, just ignore them.
 
Hate is a part of YouTube. People are jealous because they don't have the ability or passion to do what you do. With that said, try not to get discouraged, and keep on doing your thing!

He may be the first, but he won't be the last that's for sure. It takes a while to get used to it, but your best bet is to just ignore it. Delete the comment if you want, and block the user if they keep coming back. I do not block users who just post once on a random video unless their comment is ridiculously inappropriate, but since he keeps doing it on all of yours, I would block him as its basically harassment.

Yea I agree with everyone...you should most likely ignore the guy (especially if he is being a douche) or just ban/block him from your channel and delete his stupid comments if he is harassing you. You shouldn't allow people to put negativity in your space if you don't want it there and it bugs you. Youtube definitely COMES with TONS of hate....BUT what matters is peoples lives you change and inspire. Also what matters MOST is how much fun you have making your videos. Don't make some scum-bag put ya down hun ^/////^
 
You can ignore them, or block them. If you block some person on YT that person CAN'T views your whole channel. So yes, no view no comments no like no dislike from that person. :)

Ignore them
also block them, If anyone is this persistent an has nothing better to say then they dont deserve to be in your life
do what you enjoy and makes you happy :)
