What screen capture should I use??

Hey im a pretty new youtuber and i post gaming vids!!
Anyway i want to do some PC stuff but i need a free screen capture program and im not sure which i should get... please leave a suggestion as i would love to hear it.

Absolutely Open Broadcaster Software. It can be set up for local recording, with the correct settings (they can be found on the internet with little effort) there's an excellent quality/filesize ratio

Bandicam is a free download software, but you can only record 10 minutes. I used it, and it worked well, right after the 10 minutes is done just start recording again and line it up in a editing software later.
