What % of your Subs Actually WATCH Your Videos?

How would I figure this out? I thought I knew but instead I've found what % of people watching are subscribers as opposed to how many subscribers are watching.

Haters all over the world, anyway the first video in the list of pictures you have there was viewed by over half of my subs in total fyi ^_^
Everyone that subscribed to my channel didn't subscribe for weight loss tips and or they already lost weight, so... why would they continue to watch those videos 0_o common sense
Just to kill that ignorant statement of "dead subs" once and for all, look at the percentage of subs who actually watch videos in general and look at the fact that I've been gone for over 1 year and just came back not too long ago and have not been consistent. Once again, the answer is common sense. Very common numbers for the situation, clearly.
Noticed your "$" lol I have NEVER paid for subs -__- always worked harder than the average person, and busted my a%^ to get to where I am. Feeling salty that your stuck at 20k? Everyone is not you hun, don't feel bad. Everyone can't be kings and queens, there has to be peasants and servants. Think bigger and work harder, make content worth subscribing to instead of just viewing, you'll get there champ ^_^
Can you explain to me why you have over 3 million views and only 20k subscribers? Something really doesn't sound right about that. 40k views on one video and sadly only 300 something likes? Something about that is WAYYYYYYY off. Is everything alright? Want to talk about it?

And ye check my popular vids, geometry dash vid ( 800k views ) and mc vid ( 400k views ). I have divieded my subscribers into two halfs, one who follow mah geometry dash vids, and one who follows mah mc vids. boom
Just saying that by the looks of your channel you look like one of those twitch whores ( plz dont feel offended.. look at the pictures I have attached in my post then tell me your opinions )

This is definetely something that I'm interested in. I'm trying to start a fan funding service to help youtubers make money, the prinicipal of it is if we make it really easy and really cheap for subscribers to help you out, than there's a good chance a fair amount of them will.
The question for me is, how many subscribers are actually legitimate people who care about the youtuber, and how many of them are just empty subs.
If you look at the views per video, than it seems like the subscriber count is highly inflated, (for some youtubers, it seems like 10% actually watch them) but on other hand, there are people who I would personally support, but don't generally have time to watch their videos, so I would be one of those empty subs, but I'd also be one of the people who would support them.
In any case, it seems like the goals are the same, building consistency and loyalty so that people continue to want to watch your videos.

Right I've done some working out. I've taken 5 of my videos to test this out.
within the first week of upload:
video 1 - 3% of views came from subs
video 2 - 0.5% of views came from subs
video 3 - 41% of views came from subs
video 4 - 43% of views came from subs
video 5 - 75% of views came from subs
Now I'll explain the numbers as best I can:
Video 1 and 2 went viral in their first week. - that explains all the newbies
Video 3 and 4 were average vids that didn't go viral - I guess this will be my average sub viewer ratio
video 5 was a subscriber milestone video. - mainly subs are interested in that sort of video I would reckon.
Hope this gives some insight, it was interesting to see
those first 7 days are crucial!

A hell of a lot of my subscribers are inactive, simply because I took a LONG break from youtube and have only recently (2 months) been uploading again... It feels like I have to gain the subscribers trust again haha
