What network should I go with?

Hello, I was wondering what the best network to go with would be, I do a large variety of games, and want to be able to monetize them.

I just need to know this:

Do they have licenses with the game developers, so I can actually monetize the videos?
How good is the pay, if you are with them, are you happy with it? (I know you probably can't give amounts)
Is there a lock-in? If so, how long?

Please dont take this the wrong way, but looking at your channel and views and such, I dont think you will notice any impact in reguards to money and such, best thing for you to look for would be the network who is going to help promote your channel, and get more traffic to you.

I wouldnt know what to suggest, as im not partnered, nor do I plan to be

I would if i was you grow my channel further(getting more traffic). Seriously with that little amount of views it is not worth monetizing. But its your channel do any what you want with it.

Is there a channel that would accept him anyways? With such a low viewcount and amount of subs. Or did times change while I was gone?

Yes, i think networks like Freedom will accepts his channel. I heard they partner any channel(even if the channel has no video's).
