My personality, branding (I have my youtube logo on a board behind me in videos) , My niche isn't over saturated, cool thumbnails (I'm lucky to have someone that makes cool thumbnails for me) etc.
 
Well I'd hope I'm what makes my channel unique. Also the fact I'm a middle-aged, female gamer I think is somewhat unique on YouTube as well ...
 
FOr me this is easy to answer,

I am one of probably 100 binaural beat creators on YouTube, being unique when your niche is that small is very easy =] haha
 
I like to mash up sketches and my own brand of humour into my impressions and reviews; instead of just straight game footage with commentary that seems to saturate YouTube.
 
the videos we make, we try to make stuff different to everyone else's unless it's a spoof/craze :P
 
This is a hard question to answer! Like a few people said, I just do my own thing. I'm myself; my crazy, wacky, awkward, adventurous self.
