Here are the daily view stats of a video posted on July 3rd that has 1.5 million views. Why did it just recently blow up out of nowhere?

Sometimes a vid is just hyped, and goes more or less viral. Sometimes the tags of the vid trends, and sometimes the tags might have been changed to some better fitting or more popular keywords.

I know one time I had an influx on a Phoenix Wright parody, and saw that the traffic was coming from being in related videos next to the KawaiiPiranha parody (not that all the attention I got was positive, but the spike in views was nice-lol). So sometimes your video can show up next to a massive one.

It gets shared, another video with the same content suddenly gets big and you lift on that. So many ways, and you may never know why. All you do know is you should be happy with the videos new found success!

Its all in the title I'm pretty sure. and if someone watches a large percentage of your video, it is more likely to pop up for other people.

I find it's because when it happens randomly on one of my videos that's been out for a while, it's shown up in the Related Videos to a popular video. It's pretty neat.

Sometimes you post in the right place at the right time and you get a lucky video XD it can happen to anybody :P thats why putting lots of effort into videos and tagging well really does help!

You should check your analytics to see if the traffic is coming from suggested video of other videos. If its from suggested, that seems to be a good source of high volume traffic.

I feel like its relatability or something everyone can enjoy like a sort of "human" video that can apply to anyone.
