When you're on vine, what makes you follow someone? What kind of vines make you laugh? And how can I get more followers on vine?

I tend to follow Viners that are either hilariously funny on a regular basis, or have really great special effects. Sometimes the funniest Vine can be about the most random/simplest things. I would suggest using hashtags that relate to your video, but are also really popular (try googling). For my vids, which are mostly "special effects" videos, I'll use the tags #magic and #vinemagic. These two are extremely popular in driving traffic, but if they don't relate to your video then they really just p**s people off.

See what topics are currently popular on Vine and use right hashtags. People browse Vine by hashtags a lot, and it's quiet easy to get views this way.

I generally go on vine when I need a laugh. Also if the first 2-3 seconds don't give me an idea of what it's about I don;t watch the rest because there are so many other videos to watch,.
