Also to answer your question, if you are wanting to do a channel with two different focuses I would make sure to sort all your videos into playlists so that those who like one more than the other can find those videos. Sometimes changing your content like that can annoy old subscribers, so just make sure you make it easy for them to find the content that they liked in the first place.
