What keeps you going?

i do it because i want to create a community where i can talk about anime respectfully.

I think most people don't make it past a year, yet even 6 months. One of the things that keeps me alive personally is that there are so many things to do it is ridiculous. You just keep working on your videos, every next one is a tiny bit better. At some time you get to the point where the videos are good enough to make people like, comment or subscribe. But you have to get there first.
