what is your greatest youtube achievement

On my older channel I got almost 70k views on a YouTube Poop, back when that was a thing. Basically I got 70k views for doing nothing

I have a jury duty video that has about 3,600+ views at the moment. It's my highest viewed video, yet it probably required the least amount of effort to make. Meanwhile, I worked my a** off on the video in my sig, yet it sits at under 100 views.

This is going to sound really cheesy, but I feel the most proud when I've been chatting with a subscriber, convince them to do a video, shout 'em out or do a collab, and then get to watch their subscriber count perk up.

Just makes me feel happy.

Newbie here to youtube and these forums so can't really draw on much experience, but I'm super proud of the two vids of my son fishing ... and the feeling I had when one jumped 426 views overnight!! Still can't quite work out how that happened .... lol :p

Oh and my latest vid of him fishing again and its at 199 views in less than 24hrs. I'm just absolutely chuffed that other people have enjoyed watching him ... I'm walking around with my chest puffed out like a cocky little rooster ... haha!

This feeling could get very addictive I think.

Mine is a weird one...

On my old channel I spent, I dunno, about 30 hours on a top 10 video. Thought it was awesome, thus, started posting it to forums to get the word out. (Not this forum, though, do don't bother looking.) Let's just say I didn't get the reception I wanted. I'm going to QUOTE exact things that were said.

"Jesus wept, that's not a voice for audio recording.Please. Never do that to words, ever again."

"Your voice, no offense, isn't the best for recording. Mine isn't either.

For 02 theme, why did you use the SSBB remix of it while showing gameplay from the N64 game (Though the part of the screen that shows you vitality and stuff is different. Why is that?)? You could have at least said you preferred the SSBB version over the original... or at least mentioned that it wasn't the original...
But 02 battle, as a whole, is a very recognizable song in the Kirby franchise, but honestly, I could think of many ones that I prefer.

GOLDEN SUN IS AWESOME!!! Good choice.

Overall, it's okay. Nothing special though."

The weird thing is, is that the SECOND quote was the person who got to me. Not the first person. As the second guy wasn't a troll, and it was legitimate criticism. And the criticisms were true...

For a bit after reading that, I honestly wanted to throw in the towel, and just say "screw it." and quit YouTube. But you know what I did? The exact opposite. I bought a new Blue Yeti microphone for better quality, I now write out scripts so my words flow better, and I started a new channel to get away from the badness that was my old channel.

One month later, I'm now at four, quality videos, 35 subscribers, and 800 views. After making the change, I feel a lot better about my channel and my YouTube experience is much better.

Like I said, the thing I'm most proud of is weird...

mine would have to be having finally 1,300 plus subs i wish to get to 2,000 so by all means sub and like my videos inbox me so i can sub back. also having one of my videos view over 100,000 times and i finally got my very first youtube check.

I have a few, I got a video featured on MTV Ridiculousness. I made youtube partner. I breached 1 Million views.... That however is all on a different cannel =) (I am starting this channel from scratch)

Honestly I consider the video in my signature my greatest achievement. There is a young mentally handicapped boy named austin who looks up to me and sees me as someone he wants to be like. I can now show him wonderful things as he grows up. He took the time (with his little sister) to make me a video telling me how much I mean to him in his own words. I... nothing tops that. Like... it makes stats seem like hot air. It makes all that seem meaningless. There is a young man with a bright future who looks up to me and believes I'm something to be aspired to. Mission accomplished.
