What is your average subscriber gain vs subscriber loss per month?

Lately i seem to be losing a lot more subscribers which sucks a lot being so close to 1000 subscribers now, i also barely seem to gain recently, my growth is so slow, but anyway i wanted to ask you guys a few questions.

1. How many subs do you lose vs gain per month?

2. Does losing a sub bother you?

3. Why do you personally unsubscribe from a channel?

1. it's been 1 year, my channel still got 24 subscriber xD

2. 2 days ago, i lost 3 subscribers, that's very sad news for me

3. personally, the content is getting out from my hobby. xD

I often unsubscribe from a channel if I no longer watch the channel or no longer have interest in it.
And my sub count often goes up in chunks, but then goes down in slightly smaller chunks. For every 2 subscribers I get, I lose 1.

My subscriber count goes up and down and it's expected in my case since I rebranded my channel from gaming to Vlogs. So I'm sure some of my gaming subscribers are not interested in vlogs so they unsubacribe but at the same time I'm getting new subs that like my vlogs.
As far as when I unsubacribe it could be because I lost interest in the channel or sometimes I subscribe to try out a channel for a certain amount of time to see if I like thee content and if I don't then unsubscribe or sometimes people might unsubscribe because of inconsistency in the type of content.

I'm pretty new to be honest so I don't know. It would be interesting to see the data on it from other people though so I know what I've got to look forward to :P

1. i haven't followed my analytics cuz i just post when i want and don't mind being inconsistent i do lots of other things.
2. doesn't bother me any bit. if my subs aren't like Justin Bieber's fans i don't need em. loyal subs will stay loyal.
3. i rarely ever unsub cuz im only subbed to less than 50 channels. If i ever do then its cuz the content changed or haven't been active or whatever.

I think this is the reason im losing subs, because of the fact i'm a variety channel so do a lot of different videos, as much as I love the fact I'm close to 1000 subs, I don't want to make videos that I don't enjoy filming but would potentially get me lots of views, I would rather film videos like my most recent one, where I was really happy and I really loved filming so much, even though it got barely any views, I want my youtube to go back to being just a hobby and just upload videos I enjoy and want to film, and not care how many people watch or sub, if I hit 1000 then great, if I hit 100k that's amazing, but I don't want to change my content for other people, as much as unsubbing so close to a milestone bugs me, a lot of things people are saying as to why they unsub or don't care if people do makes sense, I think i'm going to stop asking people to subscribe, and just keep releasing content and the ones who like what I do will subscribe, and my current loyal subscribers who I am very grateful for will watch no matter what, if i'm meant to hit that 1000 mark at last it will eventually happen, if I don't I need to be okay with that too.

Yes you should definitely do videos that you enjoy doing and here is nothing wrong with a call to action because some will subscribe. But regardless you should do what you like to do regardless of the numbers.

I mean I may mention something in my videos, but I want people to subscribe as they like and watch my content, and lately I feel like people are only subscribing to help me get to 1000, which is obviously really lovely but they don't actually watch any of my videos, and I am now starting to lose more subs this month then I have lost in the previous months, and I also get pretty jealous when someone who is much newer then me, overtakes me and hits 1k much quicker then I do, I'm starting to take it way too seriously, and I need to make it a hobby again, I even get stressed when I can't think of a video idea for the week, which i'm struggling with at the moment. I got more views and subs on my videos when I wasn't as bothered then I do now, I don't want to come across as desperate!
