It fluctuates a few % up/down per month and my videos have been shorter than the past. I try and keep it under 20 minutes but also I'm not very talkative if I do LP like stuff but those videos (my first LP with Doom stuff from 2011-2012 IIRC) got a higher retention rate around 65%.

I've heard the same thing from multiple sources, so I've been trying to optimize my audience retention rate ever since. It's at 50% at the moment.
