what is the missing link?

Anyone that knows how YouTube works knows that it take more than a pretty face, good quality audio/video, a nice personality to get the audience you want. (Unless your SUPER lucky to have that break) I've been looking for answers alone for a while and nothing ife researched is helping. What's the missing link? And how do you do the missing link? Please help me fellow YTtalkers!

There is no secret link.

The points you listed aren't even the most important. It's all about creating high quality content, branding it well and uploading it frequently. There is a lot of info on yttalk, I suggest you read Tim Schmoyer's sticky in this subforum and all stickied threads in the Strategies & Techniques subforum.

Pretty face or high quality audio/video equipment aren't even required, they are just a bonus.
