What is the best way to get views?

Send them out to friends and family. Post them to forums and facebook.. Start slowly get an audience and ask them to send it to their friends. Make good content.
 
exactly what they said! just make sure you love what you do! and don't just to it to get alot of views quickly cause it is a long long road! some find success faster then others but just keep on grinding away you'll see the views come in :)
 
Try to collaborate with people so they can kind of advertise for you ^^ Good for both of you and you will get more views since he will advertise your channel to like you do with his/her ^^
 
What I like to do is add alot of people as friends and send your videos to them through a PM, and ask them to check it out :)
 
I am new myself so I am interested in this too. My ideas are to post it on your social networks (but not too often so you don't "spam" your followers/friends), to join communities in your topic area and put a link to your content in your signature / profile (if allowed) and just search engine optimize your videos with good title, tags, description and so on.
