Hello! First off, make sure having people come across your videos isn't your top priority - your top priority should always be making good quality content that you enjoy. (I have to tell this to myself a lot, lol).
Secondly, use tags in your videos when you upload so that they're easier to notice.
Thirdly, in my experience as a small-scale youtuber, I've realized that general recognition is very, very, very hard to come by. It's much easier to gain recognition within a small field. I'm homeschooled, and all my homeschool friends really enjoyed it when I made homeschool parody videos - one of which is my most-viewed video even to this day. I'm also involved with handbells, and there aren't a lot of fun and different handbell videos out there, so I was able to gain a small following among handbell musicians as well. More recently I'm starting to post videos about trains, since there are a lot of people who (like me) love trains but aren't super good with youtube.
All that to say, think about what you love and make videos about it aimed at other people who love the same things. Facebook groups work wonders for this.
Hope that helps![DOUBLEPOST=1472924656,1472924375][/DOUBLEPOST]Update: I looked at your channel and I see you do gaming videos. There's nothing wrong with that, but I've avoided that for the most part on my channel, since there are a bazillion other youtubers doing the exact same thing. I think if you want a following you might benefit from making your videos more unique - for example, oh I don't know, pretend to be a wizard from Harry Potter unfamiliar with muggle technology, or perhaps give commentary by singing opera. Idk, just a suggestion.
