What are the best and most effective ways to get traffic to my channel and get more supporter to the channel because I have a very hard time figuring this out.

I tend to comment on YouTube to get maximum exposure. Just don't comment too much because each comment you make has considerable value. Commenting everywhere is not going to help it.
