What is the best upload schedule?

Which upload schedule would you prefer, from a subscriber viewpoint?

I upload once a week, every Thursday. I've found that uploading one video a week gives my videos enough time to be seen (gotta "let it breathe" before moving on to the next video, haha). Any more often than that and I'd run out of motivation pretty quickly, but the times that I've uploaded less often, I've seen a decrease in viewers.
 
For my main channel, I'm only uploading once a week. Because anything else will be overkill to the max. UNLESS, it's a big week. E.G. WrestleMania weekend. I'll upload like, 2 or 3 shows that week. Same for Royal Rumble and SummerSlam weekend. Besides those, I'll cover everything that happened in the week in one video.

On my second channel, I really DGAF. I'll upload whenever I feel inspired or whatever. I'm not putting a schedule on that one. This channel is supposed to be more fun anyway.

In the end, it comes down to what your personal schedule can do. If you can upload more than one video a week, I'd say go for it. But no more than 5 a week. Then you're pushing on Overkill Overdrive (two Final Fantasy X reference in one post. #winning)

I think it would depend more on you as a person then your channel, Me and a mate have our gaming channel and upload every two days, the reason we dont upload every day is because our channel is still small and also we both work 10 hours a day which makes having time to do it hard. I guess its different for everyone, Wish I could be a student again!! I could upload twice daily!! lol
 
Once a week on Sunday mornings at midnight.

I figured that Mon-Fri are workdays, Sat is the "going out" day, and Sun is usually the kick-back day.
 
I think when it comes to deciding on a schedule it all depends on how flexible you are around your channel, lets say for example if you worked full time and you was like too tired to get content out in during the week but you had weekends off, then maybe uploading 2 videos a day on the weekend or 1 every day of the weekend would be an option.

As i'm un-employed at the moment, i post daily videos even though i'm a small channel i still put the content out, it really does all depend on how it works out best for you in my opinion :)

Your viewers will know when to visit your channel either way as long as they are kept updated when it changes :D
 
I think everyone is different. I'm doing videos monday-friday...my thinking is that I may build an audience that way. Maybe after a year or so I can drop down to 3 times a week? That's my theory. I'm getting more movement on my videos than before.
