What is the best free online video editor?

Camcorder (Sony Handycam HDR-CRX240) is on its way and should be here tomorrow. Starting up a YouTube react-to-news political vlog. Wondering if there are any good free online video editor and if there is more than one, which is the best. That and how they compare against Windows Movie Maker. Recommendations please.

Just clocked my Internet speeds: download is 17.01 Mbps and upload is 2.39 Mbps.

If it matters, here's my hardware and software:
Processor: AMD A8-3500 APU with Radeon HD Graphics 1.50 GHz
RAM: 6.00 GB (5.45 usable)
System: 64-bit Operating System, x64-based processor
Operating System: Windows 10

To be honest I haven't heard of any online video editor that is really nice. YouTube's own editor seems to be already on the leading edge when it comes to editing videos online. About all locally installed editors (including Windows Movie Maker) offer better performance, usability and features.
Once there was Adobe Premiere Express but it seems to have been shut down.
