What is my option with 0.75MBps uploading speed?

There isn't much you can do if your countries infrastructure is s**t. You can try going to another ISP or asking to see if they'll boost your upload speed for "business purposes" or upgrade from ADSL/ADSL2+ to cable/NBN if it's available in your area. Otherwise uploading overnight is a good option since you won't really be able to use the net too well while uploading youtube vids. Also depending on the genre of channel you can just to 720P/HD Vids.
 
I remember having a cruddy 0.3 megabits uplink before, and it took hours to upload one video.
My advice is if you can't get a better connection, try to editand slightly lower down the quality of your video.
